This listing is for one duplex (located on the right side), with your own private front door, which can be accessed through the garage* without climbing any stairs or with 5 stairs leading up to the porch. Guest access Our duplex is a property divided into two separate living units. These units are situated stacked one on top of the other (the “one-up, one-down”). There are separate entrances for each unit as they are their own separate homes. If you are planning a trip with a larger group we offer bookings for both units at once (perfect for family vacations, wedding parties and so much more!) Other things to note Since it is a duplex with one unit upstairs and a nearly identical unit downstairs, they may both be able to be rented together for larger parties wishing to stay together while still having the privacy and comfort of separate homes.
