You can enjoy your stay watching some movies in the 65¨inches smart TV. Blackout shades allow you to sleep in and fully relax on your days off. The 3-piece bathroom is conveniently accessible from both the bedroom and the hallway, offering privacy and ease of use. The open living and dining area flows seamlessly onto a private terrace with seating—an ideal place to enjoy your morning coffee or take in the views of the charming city below. If you need to work during your stay, the owners have thoughtfully created a dedicated workspace complete with a desk and a 32” monitor equipped with HDMI and USB-C connections, making remote work simple and comfortable. And for entertainment lovers, the condo offers an impressive 86” Smart TV, perfect for enjoying your favorite shows, movies, or sports events in spectacular quality. Guest access Guest have access to wifi, personal safe, Smart LG TV Large screen with streaming apps. In the building you have: Fully stocked gym with weights and machines An amazing rooftop pool & Hot tub - Pool is heated from the Months of November - April every year. The rest of the year the heat of sun does a fantastic job. Outdoor Grilling & dining area on the roof 24 Hour Doorman & Security This unit does not have a parking spot in the building parkade, however there is usually street parking close by. Other things to note This building has full time security. A doorman/woman is present at all times however at night guests will need to carry an access keycard to open the main building door. Guest of renters, Zenith permits renters to bring guests up to visit until 12 am at which time all unregistered guests must exit Zenith. No parties. Pool & Gym open 9 am to 10 pm daily. **Smoking Prohibited*** Please note that The State of Jalisco now has a law against smoking in close proximity to others, this also applies for vaping and electronic cigarettes. This home including all parts of the building, terraces and balconies are none smoking. The state and HOA will impose fines for any violations.
