New to AirBnB this July, Appledene is a wonderful, spacious, comfortable, modernised Victorian family home within 20 minutes walk of York city centre. Ideal for a family get-together or reunion, with space and amenities for adults and children to have a fantastic time. The space Loads of space for a large family - and maybe some friends as well - with a large garden with a lawn, summer house, covered relaxation area with a firepit, table tennis, and a games room with table football and an exercise bike and lots of games equipment to use in the garden. Inside is a spacious kitchen-diner-sitting area with bifold doors opening onto the large patio outside, for true inside-outside living. There is also a lovely living room, three large double bedrooms (one with a bed which can split to a twin) and three more bedrooms. Also a garden room, a utility room, a large family bathroom, and two downstairs toilets. Guest access The whole house (except one room used as storage). Other things to note There is space on the private drive to park two cars easily. Please note that there is a pond and fish tank in the garden, so children will need to be supervised. Up to two extra children could be accommodated on spare extra mattresses (provided) in the children's bedrooms.
