Luxury holiday home located in Ladram bay with sea views, close to all the parks amenities in a quiet location. The lodge has 2 private parking spaces (+ extra passes) a small garden area and the most spectacular views that can be enjoyed from the balcony around the lodge. Inside you will find a modern interior; two bedrooms, one with an ensuite toilet, sink and shower then a separate family bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge that leads onto an expansive decking area. The space Our 2 bedroom lodge at Ladram Bay 5* Holiday park boasts plenty of space for your stay with us. Fully equipped kitchen, great dining space and coastal sea views for miles. The lodge is 40x20 size so double the size of the typical caravan allowing plenty of space for you to enjoy making it home from home. All beds will be made up ready for you upon arrival included one towel per person (if you need the sofa bed made up and/or the travel cot then please let me know before you arrive so we can get them made up). Portland View is a separate area to the rest of the park with just lodges and no caravans, it’s much quieter than everywhere else which is wonderful if your looking for more peace and quiet, with this in mind it is further away from the sites facilities (5 minute walk down hill but a steep walk back up, so bare in mind if you have any health/disability issues) there are only steps up into the lodge so not wheelchair friendly. We have had Fibre Broadband connected to our lodge so no need to worry about poor wifi, we’ve got you sorted. The site has its own private beach within the Jurassic, with boat hire available, fresh fish caught daily available to purchase, delicious ice creams nearby to enjoy too!! The 5* facilities on site really are wonderful, especially for young family’s. Most of those are additional costs to your stay, but plenty of free activities still on site to enjoy. There is an indoor pool (including a shallow play pool for young children), sauna, stream, jacuzzi, restaurants, bars, kids clubs, on-site shop, fish and chip takeaway shop, soft play, arcades the list goes on……. **4 night minimum stay.
