The space The flat was completely refurbished and renovated in 2023. The 1-room flat is recommended for 1 person, but can be used for a maximum of 3 people by using the sofa bed. The kitchen is of high quality and fully equipped. A dining area invites you to enjoy a cosy meal. For long-term stays, a washing machine and tumble dryer can be used at the checkout. The flat is a 6-minute walk from the main railway station. From there there are connections to long-distance transport, but especially to the S-Bahn directly to Warnemünde and to Graal-Müritz to the beach. Bicycles can be stored in the house. There is a residents' car park in front of the house. Public parking is available 80 metres away on Schillerplatz. The day ticket costs €5 and can be booked using the EasyPark app. As the landlord of the flat, we live in the house so that issues can be placed and resolved immediately.
