Modern, & cozy room in top location (I)

Welcome to Karlsruhe's Südstadt! You will be staying in a newly renovated three-room apartment with a picturesque balcony view of the green residential complex. The rooms are bright, equipped with parquet floors and meet a high standard. The apartment has a well-equipped, state-of-the-art kitchen that makes life there very easy :) The bathroom is shared with the other guests/roommates. The immediate surroundings are quiet but lively and offer a supermarket, snack bar and bakery The space The accommodation is an apartment with 3 rooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a balcony. It was renovated in October 2023 with new wall paint and new furniture, so people with sensitive noses may need to ventilate more often due to the "new" smell. The room has a 1.20 m wide wardrobe with mirror, 10 hangers and enough space for lots of luggage and clothes. The bed is 1.40 m wide and has two slatted frames, so you can sleep well in it even for two. In addition, the 4 drawers of the bed box offer plenty of space for your belongings. Next to the bed is a bedside table with a lamp. A 1.20 m long desk and a desk chair allow you to be productive in the room. Of course, there is also Wi-Fi access. There is also a small chest of drawers and a rug. The bathroom, which you share with the other roommates/guests, is equipped with everything you need: a bathtub with shower curtain, a large mirror above the sink, a wastebasket, a hairdryer and the necessary toiletries. The kitchen has been completely renovated and is well equipped: fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, induction cooktop, oven, extractor hood, sink, dishwasher, trash can, dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans, strainer, bowls, cups, standard spices, table and 4 chairs. There is also plenty of space for food. The balcony is equipped with a table and two chairs and is the only place in the apartment where smoking is allowed. An ashtray is provided. To avoid unpleasant odors, please keep the balcony door closed when smoking on the balcony. In the hallway, there is a wardrobe with a shoe rack and an additional shoe cabinet. Guest access You have access to the hallway, bathroom and balcony, of course. During your stay Lisa and I are best reached via AirBnB by message. If necessary, we will also provide you with our cell phone numbers so that we are more flexible in the exchange should something unplanned occur. Other things to note The balcony is the only place in the apartment where smoking is allowed. An ashtray is available. To avoid unpleasant odors, please keep the balcony door closed when smoking on the balcony
