Relax in this unique and tranquil accommodation with a sunny, rural, scenic location with a patio facing the sunset. You live 8 km from Jönköping's nightlife and 5 km from Bankeryd's center and nice sandy beach. Proximity to one of Sweden's best golf courses. You have walking distance to the evening swim at Klerebodammen or sit and watch from the patio for the fox, the roe deer and maybe the moose that wander across the field. Hiking trails are a few hundred meters away. The space The cottage is newly built with all the amenities. The bedrooms are small, one has a 140 cm bed and the smaller room has a 90 cm bed. In the living room, there is a complete kitchen with dishwasher, fireplace, A/C/heating, small kitchen table and chairs, lounge/coffee corner with fantastic views of the open landscape and exit to the wooden deck. Tiled bathroom with combined washer/dryer, shower. In the courtyard, you will be able to barbecue and relax with your pet. The courtyard is under completion in the summer of 2024. Guest access You have your own parking outside the house. Access to a patio deck in the west and a courtyard in the southwest for barbecue, possibly pets. The courtyard will be completed in the summer of 2023. Other things to note During the summer of 2023/2024, the courtyard will not be fully completed. You live in the countryside close to chickens and rich bird and wildlife.
