Villa 15 minutes from Aix-en-Provence

For 6/7 people maximum, quiet without vis-à-vis, our villa of 160 m² extends on a closed and raised ground of 2400 m² at the edge of pine forest. Sit on a sunbed on the wide wooden deck by the pool and relax while listening to the song of the cicadas. Children can enjoy the large garden and its playground. For meals, choose your terrace, south-east or south-west, and turn on the plancha to cook the good fresh produce from our Provençal markets. The space Ventabren is one of the villages that have made the reputation of Provence. Its narrow streets, its houses clinging to each other, its windmill... give it an authentic character. Ideally located 10 minutes from Aix en Provence, 15 minutes from the TGV station and 25 minutes from Marseille-Provence airport, 35 minutes from Marseille or the beaches of the Côte Bleue, Ventabren offers a wide range of amenities for daily life. : a small organic market on the farm, bakeries, greengrocers, fishmonger, butcher, supermarket, tobacconist, restaurants, and for leisure: sports complexes, tennis courts, skate park, basketball court, petanque court, many games for children etc… OUR VILLA On the ground floor, the living room with lounge and dining room is open to the fully equipped kitchen and to the outside. On the same level you will also find 2 bedrooms with double beds (including 1 sofa bed with mattress topper - possibility of replacing it with a child's bed) , bathroom with bath and large Italian shower, separate WC and a laundry room with washing machine. No airconditionning system available at this level. The floor is reserved for a large comfortable and airconditionned master suite with its bathroom with WC, its living room, and accommodates an extra single bed for a seventh person or a 1 child. On demand, cot for baby provided for free. Outside, large wooden terrace, secure swimming pool with bar cover, deckchairs, garden furniture, large outdoor table, summer kitchen with sink and toilets (practical when getting out of the water so as not to wet everything indoors!), children's play area, and carport for parking. Our house is ideal for a large family or couples with or without children. Bed linens, bath towels, and pool towels can be provided. This year, cleaning before your arrival will be professionally performed. Exit cleaning is NOT INCLUDED. We can arrange for a cleaning lady to be paid directly.
