Convenient Cozy Retreat

This spacious, comfortable home is in a peaceful neighborhood in the middle of Louisville. It is within walking distance of Audubon Hospital and a short drive to many of the popular places in Louisville including the Louisville Zoo, Joe Creason Park, and the Mega Cavern. All the excitement of downtown Louisville, the Bourbon Trail, and Derby festivities (in the spring) are just a short drive (approximately 10 minutes). The space There are 4 large bedrooms and 2 full baths. The spacious kitchen is fully stocked and has a large dining table. The living room and one of the bedrooms has a TV and there is an empty basement for storage. This house has lots of natural light and a deck out the back door overlooking a nice yard. There is a garage for parking, as well as a space in front of the house that could fit one large or two smaller vehicles. Guest access Guests are given a code to enter through the back door.
