This charming one bedroom, two bathroom cottage is situated a short walk from the conservation village of Kippen, adjacent to the owner’s home. Visitors have their own patio garden and access to the two acres of grounds. It is ideal for couples and provides a comfortable, well-equipped base from which to enjoy the village amenities and explore many of the well-known visitor attractions of central Scotland. Village shops and pubs are within easy walking distance. The space Larne Coachhouse sleeps 2 people in a comfortable one bedroom cottage. Ground Floor: Open plan living space: Living and dining area: Comfortable sitting room with two sofas one of which is a sofa-bed (bed linen available on request), dining table and chairs, TV Free-sat box, DVD player and Hi-fi system. The sitting room looks out upon the front of the property and the fields over the road. Kitchen area: Well equipped kitchen with electric hob, oven, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine. Utility room with fridge freezer and washing machine. Shower room:: With shower cubicle, washbasin and toilet. First Floor: Bedroom: Contains one super-king bed which can be arranged as two single beds on request, large built in wardrobe, chests of drawers, Freesat TV. Bathroom: With bath, toilet and vanity unit. Guest access The cottage has its own gravel patio area with garden furniture and views to the mountain ranges in the north. The rest of the garden is shared and extends to almost two acres. Please note there are ponds and the garden is not totally secure for dogs. There is parking on the drive for up to two cars. Bike storage can be arranged. Other things to note Saturday to Saturday bookings preferred in peak season. We welcome up to two well behaved dogs. Bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included. A Welcome pack is included. No smoking. Heating and hot water is supplied via an air-source heat-pump.
