We are .8 walk (roughly 10mins) to the beach in a lovely neighborhood sound side. You can rent a golf cart and it’s a 4 minute ride to the ocean with golf cart parking. During prime season months we rent Saturday to Saturday. Check in time is 4pm and checkout time is 10am The space We have a outdoor bar area with corn hole game underneath house. All 3 bedrooms have queen beds Outdoor park grill available for use please clean up after use. Trash can pick up days listed on refrigerator in house please help us recycle & dispose of trash properly. We have a very strict checkout time of 10am- $300 will be taken from security deposit if violated. No mined crypto or electric car charging. Guest access Guest have access to the outdoor shower that has hot water. There is two locked closets inside the house for owner use only. Storage unit under house is locked for owners use only. Covered golf cart for owner use only please do not remove cover or unplug. Other things to note Sheets & towels provided. We supply “starter”- one roll of toilet paper and paper towel & couple dishwashing tabs/ liquid & hand-soap. TV’s have digital antenna and internet TV. We do not offer cable. Our house is non smoking and no pets allowed There are stairs to climb to enter. There is an outdoor security camera underneath the house , and noise meter inside above the front door.
