The space The residence has a private pool The residence is divided into two independent apartments of 150 square meters each. The upper floor has a large living room with a view of Nafplio, the sea and the mountain. It has 4 balconies as each room has its own private balcony and has 3 bedrooms and a modern kitchen equipped with all amenities along with the living room. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms and a storage room. There is also a large library and a modern office while there are also 3 balconies in this apartment, the house has a total of 6 TVs divided into the living rooms and bedrooms. Also 6 of the 6 bedrooms benefit from private air conditioning and the living room has air conditioning as well. The house is located on top of a hill in a large plot. The plot is on top of a green hill which is fenced and is ideal for children and families. There is parking and there is an alarm system and cameras.
