This Marina home is one of the unique gems on the Royal Alfred Marina. The main house, comprises of an open-plan lounge/diningroom/kitchen. The area is large and spacious and leads onto a huge verandah via stacker doors, and runs the length of the house. Above the 3-car garage on remote control, is a two bedroom flat with a bathroom, kitchenette and balcony on both sides. Each home has its own waterfront, and is tidal with fresh water running through the canals twice daily.
