Great 1920s stucco 2 bedroom cottage in the middle of Echo Park. It's at the top of a hill (there are stairs to climb), fronted by a large garden with mature fruit trees. There is a bedroom with that has a sun room-office with a couch and there is also a second office with a piano. Enjoy views of Mt. Wilson and the Echo Park arroyo from the sun room, deck and living room. It's sunny with many windows and two skylights. Quiet yet in the middle of the city. Walking distance to restaurants. The space Quiet, comfortable and safe house with views (also stairs). It's a great location. Walking distance to cool cafes, restaurants, delis, boutiques, book stores, clubs, bars and the Echo Park Lake. Hipster haven, close to downtown (3 miles) yet a world away. Quiet, surrounded by trees, which you can enjoy from the deck, fruit trees and a garden with edibles. There is a great street scene with an active nightlife, shops and restaurants just a few blocks down Echo Park Avenue. There are about 50 steps up to reach the house- not too much for most people but if you have knee or hip issues it may not be the right place for you. It’s worth the climb though! The view is beautiful ! Service animals, (not including ESA as they are not qualified service animals) MUST be disclosed before booking. You are responsible for leaving the space as you found it, free of animal hair or animal business, as any extra cleaning due to the animal will be charged for accordingly at 50$ per hour. Guest access The entire house, the deck, the garden, parking. Other things to note There is also an office with a piano. There is a sofa bed in the sunroom.
