The Courtyard - Central Brighton, close to beach

This lovely garden flat is in a superb central location close to shops, bars and restaurants and a stone's throw from the beach. Tucked away on one of Brighton's smaller Regency squares, the flat is a haven of calm with close proximity to the seafront and town, to green spaces and days out. It has spacious proportions and is designed with a balance of period and contemporary style. Recently renovated, it offers guests a really comfortable stay. The space Situated in Norfolk Square, the flat is a mixture of original features and modern design additions that ensure a calm and relaxing stay. The rooms are well proportioned with the living room, separate kitchen and second bedroom all looking out over the courtyard garden. The focus is on comfort here, so mattresses in both bedrooms are the best quality pocket-sprung type with a memory foam layer and linen is hotel quality - a great night's sleep should be had by all! The beds are kingsize and double, respectively, and there is a modern family bathroom with full size bath and a shower over it. The modern, refurbished kitchen has ample storage and is well stocked with all kitchen essentials. Birch ply doors are complemented by terrazzo tiles and new high-end appliances throughout. The square itself has been extensively maintained by our local community group and is now a popular place for families to hang out on warmer days, with some lovely bars and restaurants nearby and with a great coffee shop/cafe right on the square itself - perfect for popping out for a Sunday morning coffee. Bankers, the best fish and chip shop in town, is right on the corner of the square! We have a small courtyard garden with a table and benches for four. A lovely spot for breakfast on summer days! The whole accommodation is professionally cleaned to a very high standard and we pride ourselves on offering the perfect Brighton stay! Guest access You will have access to the whole garden flat, with its own private front door and a rear courtyard garden. Keys are kept in a lockbox and you will be sent an access code on the day you check in. Please note that there are several steps down from the pavement to take you to the front door. If you have any mobility issues, please contact us to discuss prior to booking. Other things to note We welcome families to stay at our home but please note that it is not toddler proof and it's the responsibility of guests to supervise their children. We can provide a travel cot for infants, but don’t supply bedding - please contact me for further details. There is one step up to the bathroom and second bedroom towards the rear of the property. This is the only step within the flat itself. There is strictly no access allowed up the wooden steps in the rear courtyard. These are solely there so that we can maintain the flat roof of the second bedroom.
