The house, located in the small town of Donelasco, is well positioned and close to tourist and cultural points of interest, as well as the Maugeri Institute in Montascano. Pavia is less than 40 minutes away by car, Piacenza 40, Milan and Alessandria about an hour. The space The house is arranged on 2 floors and consists of: a living area structured in a large and bright open space with a large equipped kitchen overlooking the green area, a double bedroom with balcony, a single bedroom with balcony and a windowed bathroom with a wonderful view of the vineyards. FIRST FLOOR: The living room, which represents the soul of the residence, is furnished with an elegant style and a modern touch, to give guests a feeling of well-being and comfort that will accompany them throughout their stay.
