The space This home was built by hand (seriously) by father and son team Roger and Jon Hart. They have put their love and attention to detail into every part of the house. Whether its the gorgeous french style exterior or the comfortable interior, you will love this home. The property has the following beds +king bed +queen bed +pull out couch (queen bed) +in the second bedroom, there is actually a chair that pulls out into a twin bed! Charleston Tea Plantation - 2.8 miles, 7 minutes Angel Oak Tree - 6.3 miles, 12 minutes Folly Beach - 21.7 miles, 36 minutes Rockville- 6.7 miles or 12 minutes Downtown Charleston - 17 miles or 30 minutes Guest access The entire space will be yours to enjoy. Other things to note Even though this home is gorgeous and all things considered not that far from the city, this is still kind of a remote area. The following things should be noted: 1. Once you are out here, cell service is TERRIBLE. We have strong and reliable wifi for this reason, but just know that you'll need it. 2. The property yourself is very quiet and peaceful, but there can be some noise from the road and that road can have lots of traffic. Please keep a keen eye on young kids and pets. 3. The backyard is huge but is currently not fenced, so once again keep an eye on young kids. 4. We make every effort to make sure your stay is bug and mosquito free, but please be mindful that the lowcountry was built on swamp so if you see a bug it is NOT an indication of cleanliness.
