The space Although part of the main house, upon arrival, you'll find your own private off-street parking and separate private entrance for easy access. The living room is a cozy haven with a large smart freesat TV , comfortable sofa and for those winter months, gas central heating and an electric woodburner, ensuring a warm and entertaining stay. Prepare your favourite meals in the galley kitchen, equipped with an oven, microwave, hob, fridge, and all the necessary utensils and cookware. Upstairs, the large deceptively spacious ensuite bedroom awaits, featuring a luxurious super kingsize bed fitted with premium Egyptian cotton bed linen. Quality bath sheets, & bath towels provided as standard. The room also contains a sofa, dressing table, chest of drawers and TV as well as a fitted wardrobe . The ensuite bathroom boasts a luxury shower and all your essential toiletries are included. The push drawer below the sink, has spare toilet rolls & cleaning products, plus emergency sanitary products. Outside, you can enjoy your very own private fenced garden, with picnic bench, and views over open countryside. There is an extendible washing line for drying beach towels etc. For travellers heading down to Cornwall, our apartment makes for a brilliant stop to add a little extra to your holiday as it is a 10 minute drive off the A38 Devon Highway. However, if you bring your own travel cot, then there is easily enough room. We have now got a high chair for your use, but NOT the cot. There is a staircase to the bedroom which does have a door at the top, but there is no child gate. No bath, just a large walk-in shower.
