The penthouse offers everything you would need and more: - Self check-in after 4PM - 24/7 virtual support - Fast Wi-Fi - Spacious 4 bedroom apartment + 1 maid’s room - Sleeps 10 - Smart TV - Fresh towels and bathroom essentials - Professional cleaning before your arrival - Fully equipped kitchen - Outdoor, private swimming pool - Parking on premises - Self check-out by 11AM House Rules: CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in time is any time after 4PM. Check-out time is any time before 11AM. You're welcome to request an early check in or late checkout, but this is not guaranteed and we can only confirm 24 hours in advance. Please note, early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges may apply. SMOKING: Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed. Smoking violations are subject to a 1000 AED fine and immediate termination of your stay. PETS: Certain breeds of cats and dogs are permitted at our discretion. Contact us prior to making a reservation to confirm, charges may be applicable. CLEANLINESS: If a location is left in an exceptionally messy state, we will charge 350 AED for every extra hour of cleaning required. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: It is not permitted to have extra guests. If more guests sleep at a location than the number originally stated in the booking, an additional fee could be charged. EXTENSIONS: If guests would like to extend their stay, we require a notice 24 hours prior to the check-out time and will only be able to assist based on the availability. If alterations are made on the date of departure, charges may be applicable. CHECK-OUT: If guests delay the cleaners from beginning their cleaning at the predetermined check-out time, guests will be charged 400 AED. This fee is applied to any late checkout between 11AM and 1PM. Any guest who is still in the location after 1PM will be charged for an extra night. This does not apply if our team has approved a late checkout in advance. KEYS: Keys, remotes, and access cards are provided by property management to Stella Stays and, in turn, provided to the guest for the duration of their stay. Any lost keys and/or access cards will incur a fee of 500 AED. The government has approved construction work to take place in the vicinity of our building. Although we are unable to predict the exact timing or days of the work, we want to make you aware that there may be some noise associated with the construction. It is mandatory to submit your identification documents through our Stella Stays application or other available channels in order to receive check-in instructions.
