The space The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and is the ideal choice for couples, families, or small groups looking for a relaxing stay immersed in the authentic atmosphere of Tuscany. The house consists of: A large, comfortable, and functional kitchen, perfect for preparing leisurely breakfasts, family lunches, or dinners to share after a day exploring the Tuscan villages; Two comfortable bedrooms with a double bed, well-maintained and cozy, ideal for ensuring rest and privacy; Two practical and convenient bathrooms with showers, designed to provide greater comfort during your stay; A beautiful panoramic terrace overlooking the Val d’Orcia, the real highlight of the house, perfect for starting the day with an outdoor breakfast or for relaxing at sunset while taking in one of Tuscany’s most iconic and breathtaking landscapes. Guest access We invite you to freely enjoy all areas of the apartment. The house is located within walking distance of the small historic center of Montefollonico: perfect for getting around on foot. As an official method for sending documents, we use a dedicated link, compliant with Italian legislation and directly connected with the State Police. Therefore, 24 hours before arrival, we ask you to upload the valid identity documents (passport or identity card) of all the people who will stay in the house through this link. If guests are Italian, they will also need to enter their tax code. ⚠️ Without completing this step, it will not be possible to access the property, as the system will not issue instructions on how to check in. For door-to-door collection, place the garbage outside the main door of the building, on a paved and clearly visible road. All waste must be disposed of completely by guests at check-out. Also check the terrace carefully to ensure that no personal waste has been left behind. 🏠 Respect for the house: Use the accommodation with care, as if it were your own. Damage, shortcomings, or non-compliance with the check-out rules may be charged through the platform. ⚡️ Electricity consumption: Do not use more than one appliance at the same time that exceeds a total of 3 kW, otherwise the power could go out, as this is the maximum power of the house. 🌡️ Heating: The temperature is managed with a manual thermostat, located inside the house. We recommend that you have a car to visit the cities and surroundings, such as Montepulciano, Pienza, S.Quirico, and Torrita di Siena. An ideal starting point to explore all the cities.
