A quiet and cozy room in villa, in the middle of the city. About 2 minutes from the city center and 1.7 km from Terningen Arena. Sunny and lovely panoramic view of town and mountains Allowed with dog. Dog yard and large, fenced garden with seating area. Parking space in the garden. There is a fridge/freezer and simple kitchen items (coffee maker, tea maker, microwave) on the floor. The room is on the 2nd floor. The guest shares the entrance hall, large, well equipped kitchen with owner and bathroom with 2 other guests. Otherwise there is no access to other rooms in house. The space Cozy detached house 2 minutes from the center. Quiet and secluded with very good sun conditions,large garden and breathtaking views. There are 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor that are rented out. Big,cozy and quiet room. Includes what you need. Great workspace and fast internet. Duvets, pillows and linens, as well as towels and sepe are included. There is room for 3 in the room as there is a queen bed and an extra bed which is 80cm. Guest access As a guest, you have access to a large bathroom with shower cabin, toilet, sink, drying and washing machine. There are also simple kitchen facilities (microwave, coffee maker, tea maker, fridge/freezer) on the same floor. There is also access to a large, newer and well-equipped kitchen on the 1st floor that is shared with the landlord. It is a shortcut to the city center. You are right in the city center after a 2 minute walk. Guests can use the garden. If you bring a dog(s), there is a large, secure dog yard with 2 dog houses that can be used if needed.
