The space Host lives here Home built in 2018 Well-lit neighborhood Tastefully decorated Very clean & well kept Main floor entry Guest access Full kitchen Living room Laundry room Balcony (summer) Ping pong (12p-8p) Hot tub (8a-10p) During your stay Host is friendly & loves meeting people, but understands that some folks enjoy silence, & will follow guest’s lead on level of interaction Other things to note Twin XL bed is in the walk-in closet. See attached picture. Possible noise from downstairs ping pong (12p-8p) Sound machine & box fan provided. Daytime sleepers may want noise canceling earphones.
