Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, one with 1 double bed (160 x 200), the other with 2 single beds (90 x 200), 1 bathroom, with a large bathtub and a double sink, 1 separate toilet. On the ground floor: A large room, with a dining area and an equipped kitchen area, overlooking a large terrace shaded by a pergola, furnished with 3 tables and 18 garden chairs, with views of the mountains and the village of Roussillon. 1 large barbecue (Weber) is close to the terrace. Basement: A large room, giving access to a laundry room (sink, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board); it is equipped with a second large refrigerator. - The second accommodation "César" is located on the back of the property, its area is 90 m2 on 2 levels and its accommodation capacity is 5 to 6 people. The ground floor opens onto a beautiful shaded terrace shared with the César accommodation, equipped with 1 table and 5 garden chairs. Our house is not accessible for people with reduced mobility due to the stairs that go up to the bedrooms and the bathrooms that are not designed to accommodate a wheelchair.
