Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 ring hob, electric double oven and original capsule nespresso coffee machine. Utility room with American fridge/freezer, washing machine and dryer. Guest WC accessed from the hallway. Ground Floor Bedroom - sleeps 2 in a king size double bed. En-suite shower room. Exit door to patio. First Floor 2 x double bedroom (sleeps 2 each), king size beds, both en-suite one with large wet room with shower, the other shower cubicle Master bedroom (sleeps 2) king size double bed,en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. Private decked balcony with dramatic sea views. Double room (sleeps 2) Single z-bed available for extra flexibility, bookable upon request in advance of your stay. Family bathroom, with bath only no shower. Outside Hot tub - Use subject to weather conditions due to cliff top location, if high winds are due the hot tub may not be able to be used for your safety. Due to the cliff top location, be aware of safety for children and pets. Toddlers are not permitted due to the uneven areas, ledges and the cliff top. The cliff top is only protected by a low wall. The cliff location can become very windy and foggy in winter. 2 well behaved dogs are permitted. Additional pet fees of £35 per pet, per week (or part of week) are applicable. Hot tub use is weather dependent, due to possible winds in the cliff top location for your safety, and rules are in place for safety including closing at 9pm and reopening at 9am. The owner will endevour to contact you before your stay if high winds are due and the hot tub won't be in use. External CCTV camera on front door for security The owner lives in the basement apartment. Early check in, and late checkouts, may be available on request, subject to availability. Fees will apply.
