Lakefront Cottage Quiet Private

Relax on the water at this unique and tranquil lakefront getaway. It's located right on Lake Mascoma in Enfield, NH. Kayaks, paddle boat, and gradual slope into the water make it safe and fun for children. The cottage was built in the 60s with some updates. There is a lovely sunroom with screens to eat all your meals by the water while listening to the sounds of the lake. It's a charming, old, rustic New England cottage (crooked floors, old stove that works great, minimalist furniture). The space Room 1 - queen bed Room 2 - full bed Room 3 - bunk bed, sleeps 2 kids Guest access Guests have access to use kayaks, paddle boat, and fire pit. There is not a dock to park/dock your boat overnight. Other things to note Just 15 minutes from Dartmouth College, Hanover, NH (quaint town). We are a short 20 minute drive to Quechee Gorge and are 45 minutes from Killington, VT. There is NO DIVING off dock because it is shallow (about 4ft) and parents are responsible not to leave their children unattended. Children should be protected by wearing a recommended coast guard approved personal floatation device for safety.
