Being on the main street and overlooking the courtyard, some city and traffic noise may be noticeable, especially in the evenings. This 2-bedroom apartment is on the ground floor of a residential building in Vienna’s 15th district. It has 57 m² of space, fits up to 6 guests, and comes with a private kitchen, bathroom, and a separate living room. The bedroom 1 has a double bed (140x200 cm) for 2 guests, a wardrobe, and a window. The bedroom 2 also has a double bed (140x200 cm) for 2 guests, plus a storage unit and clothes rack. The living room has sofa that can be used as a bed( not ideal for bigger/taller guests) for two, a smart TV, a coffee table, and a dining/work table. In total, the apartment can host 6 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, fridge, cutlery, pots, pans, and an electric kettle. You can cook your own meals easily. There is a dining table in the living room that seats 4 people and can also be used as a workspace. The apartment has a washing machine, useful for long stays or families. The bathroom has a toilet, walk-in shower, towels, toiletries, and basic fittings. It is not connected to a bedroom. What’s Nearby?
