Large, open plan kitchen features stone bench tops, large fridge with plumbed-in water & ice, microwave and half drawer dishwasher. Undercover, tiled entertaining area at the rear of the home with BBQ and 8 seat outdoor dining setting. There are 3 bedrooms with a queen size bed in each. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and open out on to the balcony with fabulous ocean views for your enjoyment. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and there is also a second bathroom and laundry with washing machine. Nearby is the Capricorn Tavern to enjoy a meal and a drink. Cedar Park Shopping Centre is also only a short distance away with a supermarket, fish & chip shop, butchers, bottleshop, bakery & chemist. Rosslyn Bay Harbour is just 5km away for a trip to Great Keppel Island. All linen is provided except for beach towels.
