The space Welcome to my spacious and comfortable house where you can relax and unwind with your family and friends. The house is designed to provide you with the utmost comfort during your stay. The living room is furnished with cozy sofas and chairs, making it the perfect place to gather and spend time together. You can enjoy watching movies on the projector, or simply sit back and enjoy the beautiful view outside. The beds and futons are designed to ensure a good night's sleep for everyone. Only quality linens and quality mattresses are used allowing you to rest peacefully after a long day of exploring the island. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your own meals. From pots and pans to utensils and dishes, you'll find everything you need to cook your favorite meals (due to hygiene reasons, please bring your own perishables and seasoning). The house is located in a serene and peaceful area, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and the sounds of nature. You can take a stroll in the garden or enjoy a cup of tea on the terrace while taking in the beautiful views. We have also provided various amenities for your convenience, including a washing machine, dryer, and Wi-Fi access. We will send you the check-in guide within 24 hours after your reservation, including how to obtain check-in information. Please make sure to open the URL in the email, fill in the personal information form, and then submit it. In the same URL, you will see the check-in guide 48 hours before arrival, so please add the page to "Favorites" for reference. Please follow the instructions for check-in and check-out. Other things to note ･Please do not wear shoes indoors. ･Please turn off the lights and air conditioning when leaving the room. ･Smoking is prohibited inside the room. ･Please comply with the house rules. ･Check-in time is after 4 PM, and check-out time is before 10 AM. ★ You can use the BBQ grill but due to hygiene reasons, please bring your own seasoning and ingredients. ※Please clean and return the grill to its original location after usage. Ingredients and seasoning can be purchased at the nearby supermarket "Marunaka Higashiura Store", 27-2 Kuruma, Awaji, Hyogo. Regarding measures against COVID-19, Our room, in cooperation with the contracted cleaning company, pays attention to the following when cleaning the room: Staff wearing masks during cleaning Alcohol disinfection of hand contact areas and hygiene areas, (Doorknobs, toilets, washbasins) Regular replacement of pillows (although we change the bedding every time, we also replace the pillows to prevent the virus from adhering to the pillows through the bedding). ☆You are welcome to use the amenities (shampoo, body wash, detergent, etc.), but please use it within reason so that other guests may enjoy it as well. The towels provided are only to be used during your stay at the property, please do not take them out or take them home with you. We will charge you ￥1000 per towel that has gone missing.
