Since the home is not childproof, we cannot accept guests with children under 12. *Must go up a flight of stairs to reach the units, please keep this in mind* Keyless Entry The kitchen is well stocked with a toaster, microwave, plates, bowls, mugs, glasses and wine glasses. -We stock the kitchen with a few tasty snacks and beverages Coffee Bar: Keurig, assorted k-cups & tea Living Space is ready with a comfy leather sofa & 1 cozy chair. A Smart TV so you can log into your own apps and enjoy! Full Bathroom with shower fully stocked with shampoo/conditioner/shower gel/towels & wash clothes. - hair dryer & extra toiletries items as needed. The Bedroom provides a peaceful experience when you walk in. The King bed has a side table equipped with an alarm clock that has a build in phone charger. The Large closet space has hangers & shelves to store your items. -Iron & Iron Board Guest access Guests will have access to the whole condo. Other things to note There are a flight of stairs you must climb to access the unit and this may not be possible for all guests. This building is almost 150 years old and has a few quirks. The hot water in the shower is reversed plumbing (the cold is hot and the hot is cold) .
