We are a lodging space in San Gil, Santander, Colombia. We offer our guests the opportunity to find spaces to disconnect, rest, connect with an agricultural-tourist space and relax next to a wonderful natural view. It is a place of rest where you can enjoy a unique place in our beautiful province, enjoy the wide spaces and comforts with family, couple or friends, interact with farm animals and nature. The space The villa is a rural house located on a 1-hectare plot of land. The house has a built area of approximately 400 square meters. It has 3 spacious bedrooms, two of which have a private bathroom and shower with hot water. It has a total of 3 bathrooms with a shower. It has a dining area, kitchen and living room, hammock area, city viewing area, kiosk, structural swimming pool for adults and safe for children, corridors, board game area, BBQ area, laundry area, farm animal area, campfire and lake. It has its own access gate. It has security cameras. Guest access The villa is available in full. There is another nearby cabin for the butler who takes care of the attention and security. Other things to note Important information to keep in mind: The villa is rented for groups of family or friends. The minimum nightly rate is for 6 people and is exclusive. As the platform only allows up to 16 people to be registered, any additional guests would pay extra on top of the nightly rate. In high season for Colombia the value varies, low season the villa is rented per room, when they are small groups ($200,000) pesos per couple, and minimum stay of two nights. Children under 2 years of age do not pay. Guests are offered a delicious red wine and for foreigners a good Colombian coffee and a welcome. For those who want food prepared, there are two options. One is to bring the market and there is a young woman who does the cooking and cleaning work. They can prepare meals for you by paying them for the day. And the other is to prepare typical meals and breakfasts for an additional fee. Registration Details 181091
