Air conditioning is present in the whole house. The kitchen, well equipped (thermomix, coffee machines, steamer, rice cooker...) is open to the south facing living room and overlooking the terraces and garden with swimming pool (summer), Weber BBQ, sunbathing... At the back of the garden, on a wild restanque, there is a chicken coop with six chickens. A cat is also present. You can have hugs and fresh eggs every morning for good care.
