The spacious and serene SILVER BIRCH HOLIDAY VILLA is nestled amidst the quaint Sahyadri mountain range. It is a serene oasis with verdant greenery and functional outdoor space to sit back and enjoy nature. It is tastefully infused with antique colonial aesthetics. It offers complete privacy while allowing easy access to Lonavala's tourist attractions. This CLEAN and well maintained villa has a stunning private pool, disco room with speaker, an in house chef, lot of open spaces and much more !! The space Silver Birch Villa can accommodate up to 25 guests. We have comfortable extra mattresses and linens for the extra guests. Above 14 people - the extra person charges can be paid to the host. The large spacious villa has seven bedrooms with king size double bed, one room with a Texas king bed, clean ensuite bathroom, air conditioner, luggage table, balcony/ verandah, Wi fi enabled work station in 5 rooms, Towels and toiletries & packaged drinking water. The rooms are spread across two floors. Ground Floor: 1 multipurpose/disco room + 1 hall + well stocked kitchen + cozy dining area + 4 bedrooms with verandahs First level: 1 hall +3 bedrooms + 1 powder room The villa also boasts of a huge well maintained private swimming pool, 2 gazebos, an open area for playing, a walking track, lawn and much more. There is ample parking space too. Guest access Guests can access the entire villa without any disturbance. The private swimming pool is also accessible 24 hours. Other things to note The villa is well secured with fencing and CCTVs for the guests' safety. There is ample space for car parking too. We have an in house chef to pamper you with freshly cooked Jain/Veg/ Non Veg meals at an additional cost. Meal package includes all buffet meals selected by the guests from a preset menu.
