The Beach House, 4 Richmond Crescent

This accommodation has one top floor sea view double bedroom and a bathroom with bath and shower. It would cater for a single person or a couple. The house is situated within 100 meters of the sea and the start of the coast to coast walk. There is a bar, restaurant and cafe opposite in this popular and very beautiful seaside town. The space It is a three storey house with large kitchen space, and Aga style oven. There are two lounges/TV rooms, two outside paved areas both front and back, which traps the sun on good weather days. Ample parking is available opposite the house in the extensive car park. It would be an ideal stay for coast to coast walkers or anyone wishing to visit the Lake District and its coastline. Guest access The top floor and bathroom is exclusively for guests. My wife and I reside at the house but have our own space. We have no problem with the use of the kitchen which has a large dining table to seat 12 people. There would also be access to one of the TV rooms and the outside patios. Wifi is available. During your stay My and wife and I will do everything possible to assist and help our guests. Having been born and bred in the area, I have a good local knowledge. Other things to note In addition to the bar and restaurant directly opposite, the village of Saint Bees, a short six minute walk, has two pubs where food is served. The town’s of Egremont and Whitehaven are close by where there are supermarkets, shops and places to dine. Saint Bees has its own railway station, connected to all major lines.
