Come stay awhile! The space Dune Ridge offers a pool, tennis/pickle-ball court, beach access, and FREE parking on the premises (2 cars, maybe 3 if you squeeze). Beach chairs and towels provided! The three bedrooms are each designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, featuring plush bedding, quality bed sheets and smart TVs. Primary bedroom: 1 x King Bed Ocean View Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen Bed Bedroom 3: 2x Full Size beds Other amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, in-unit washer and dryer, and a private balcony with outdoor seating to enjoy the ocean breeze. Other things to note Community pool is open from May 1st-September 30th. As a professional property management firm, we do require a signed rental agreement per the NCREC. Inclement weather will not be grounds for any refund if within the cancellation period.
