Patio to the west and breakfast porch with morning sun to the east. The journey from Gothenburg to Knippla takes about an hour, with two car ferries (free of charge). Knippla has everything you need with both a cliff and jetty pool, tennis, paddle tennis, boules and mini golf. The guest harbor is popular in summer with a bar and restaurants. Around the island there is a walking/jogging loop and outdoor gym. Grocery store all year round. The space The house consists of a large well-stocked kitchen, living room with fireplace, in an open and bright floor plan. Newly renovated bathroom, adjacent to 4 bedrooms (3 larger and one smaller). Terrace to the west with large dining table and chairs, and the terrace to the east catches the morning sun. A washing machine and dryer are available in the laundry room. Guest access Guests have access to the ground floor of the residence.
