Around the island there is a walking/jogging loop and outdoor gym. Grocery store all year round. The space The house consists of a large well-stocked kitchen, living room with fireplace, in an open and bright floor plan. Newly renovated bathroom, adjacent to 4 bedrooms (3 larger and one smaller). Terrace to the west with large dining table and chairs, and the terrace to the east catches the morning sun. A washing machine and dryer are available in the laundry room. Guest access Guests have access to the ground floor of the residence.
