This modern 2 Bedroom Villa with en-suite bathroom, with well chosen furniture and decor, floor-to-ceiling glass windows, and both bedrooms located next to each other, with a pool view, is ready for you to arrive and let go of all day-to-day stress. The living area offers a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining table as well as a comfortable lounge area. We have another spacious and cozy lounge area outside the bedroom doors, enough for 2 couples to enjoy their own seperate lounge area space. Our Villa is located within a short walking distance to happening restaurants, near to popular beaches and clubs, tourist attractions, beautiful cafes and 10 minutes drive to famous nightlife of Baga, Anjuna, Vagator and Chapora street. Our staff is coming daily to clean the villa. We can also help you with car/scooter rental, laundry, massages and more. Guest access Guests have access to the entire Place, a big outdoor swimming pool and a parking space within the gated perimeter. Other things to note Security deposit of Rs. 10,000/- will be collected in Cash during check-in to safeguard our property against any damage to expensive high-end furnitures, including sofa-sets, beds, wardropes, artifacts, crockeries and electronics and any other physical damage to the inside of the property. At the time of check-out, our staff would ensure about all the above being all ok, and the security deposit would be refunded back. If any damage, the money would be deducted accordingly, and the balance would be returned back. Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. It can be done in the open spaces of the Villa, in bedroom balconies and ouside the main entrance of the Villa. HOUSE RULES - — We welcome families, couples and mixed groups, we also accommodate gentlemen-only groups. — Drugs are strictly prohibited on the premises & smoking is allowed only on the balconies and outdoor areas. A cleaning fee of Rs.10,000 will be charged per room if found smoking inside these homes to cover costs of deodorising drapes and upholstery. — Please provide accurate details about guests staying at the time of booking and in the check-in form (number of people, composition of the group) as we would not be able to give access to guests who are not part of the reservation (we have a strict “no visitor” policy). — Our homes are all part of a peaceful gated community, so loud music & parties are not allowed beyond 10PM.
