An open, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, induction hob, integrated hood, steam oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, extractor fan, wine cellar, and various other appliances. A double bedroom (1 bed, 160x200 cm) with a connected TV, integrated Dolby sound system, and home cinema. A spacious bathroom with an extra-large, low-profile shower tray. A separate toilet. An entrance area. A combined washer-dryer. For your comfort, the rental includes bed linen, towels, household linens, and the final cleaning. Water, electricity, and heating expenses are also included. A portable crib is available on request. Guest access Travelers will have full access to the apartment. A free-access parking space is available in the condominium, and electric vehicle charging stations are nearby. Additionally, a secure bike storage room is provided. A private cellar for storing your surfing equipment can be made available upon request. The apartment itself is not directly affected; however, some noise may occur until December 19th, 2025.
