A dining area. An open, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, induction hob, integrated hood, steam oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, extractor fan, wine cellar, and various other appliances. A double bedroom (1 bed, 160x200 cm) with a connected TV, integrated Dolby sound system, and home cinema. A spacious bathroom with an extra-large, low-profile shower tray. A separate toilet. An entrance area. A combined washer-dryer. For your comfort, the rental includes bed linen, towels, household linens, and the final cleaning. Water, electricity, and heating expenses are also included. A portable crib is available on request. Guest access Travelers will have full access to the apartment. A free-access parking space is available in the condominium, and electric vehicle charging stations are nearby. Additionally, a secure bike storage room is provided. A private cellar for storing your surfing equipment can be made available upon request. Work will take place only from Monday to Friday, never on weekends. Some noise may occasionally be heard, but it will be sporadic and not continuous, and will not affect the overall comfort of your stay.
