This 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom retreat offers the perfect getaway for your next family or group getaway. This sprawling compound is complete with 13 beds, year-round heated pools, fully equipped kitchen, game rooms featuring pop-a-shot, pool table, shuffleboard, and foosball, dining spaces, and so much more to provide the perfect setting to make unforgettable memories that last. The entire property is on the ground level and is fully accessible, including easy and assisted access to the pool facilities. In addition to the unmatched interior, this property offers countless outdoor amenities to include a pickleball court, basketball hoop, sand volleyball court, a fire pit and outdoor seating areas, grilling and outdoor dining space, as well as serene trails leading to your own private pond. You will be centrally located to many nearby golf courses, lakes, and ski resorts for year round fun with all that Northern Michigan has to offer. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property and all amenities during their stay. We will meet you at your check in to give you a walkthrough of the property and it's features and answer any questions you may have. Other things to note Property Rules: - No smoking - No pets allowed - Must be at least 25 years old to book - Additional fees and taxes may apply - Photo ID may be required upon check-in CLEANING & SANITIZATION Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. Feel free to contact us with any additional questions you might have. - Self check-in anytime after 4:00p on the date of your arrival. - Check-out anytime before 10:00a on the date of your departure. The unit will have clean linens and towels upon arrival, as well as basic toiletries (ie soap and shampoo) Guest will be responsible for additional supplies. There are Washer and Dryer machines in the property. Please be sure to clean out lint trap after every use. Please remember you are staying in a home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If problems arise we will do our best to take action as soon as possible, but there is no management on site 24/7. Feel free to contact us with any additional questions you might have. - A signed rental agreement is required for all reservations. - You as the guest agree that reservations without a signed rental agreement are subject to cancellation and will adhere to the cancellation policy. This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $2000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $3 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
