The house is located in the Nivegy Valley, surrounded by vineyards, 7 km away from Lake Balaton. It offers a beautiful view of the Nivegy Valley, Hegyestű, Badacsony. The house comes with a 35 m2 terrace equipped with a 6m2 sunshade. Parking is possible in the garden belonging to the house. Inside the house, you'll find a refrigerator, electric stove, Lavazza coffee maker (with complimentary capsules), toaster, kettle, air conditioning, and unlimited WiFi. The space The house was built in 2023 using modern, high-quality materials. Besides aesthetics, our guiding principles were sustainability and leaving a small ecological footprint (thermally insulated wooden windows, 40 cm ceramic masonry blocks, reclaimed heritage tiles, and as a result, no additional polystyrene insulation layer was used). The house's eco-friendly comfort is ensured by a heat pump system for cooling and heating. A biological septic system takes care of wastewater treatment. Other things to note The house consists of 2 completely separate parts, divided by a 10 sqm storage room in the center (there is no shared wall between the 2 living areas). We intentionally designed the house so that the terraces of the two living areas face different directions (there is also a dividing wall), ensuring a peaceful and undisturbed rest for both.
