Private Basement Suite

Charming private basement suite with your own entrance close to downtown Charlottesville, I-64, and UVA campus. A licensed, inspected, clean place to stay without the cleaning fee or list of chores! The space The suite has a full-size bed, oversized sofa, roll-away bed, full bath, 2 large TVs, Wi-Fi access, Keurig, mini fridge, microwave, toaster, and eating and sitting area. Outside there is a patio table and chairs to enjoy the wooded fenced backyard and visiting deer. Just beyond the gate at the bottom of the yard is a trail leading to the Rivana Trail and Moores Creek. Pets are welcome! Please let me know if you will be bringing a furry friend before you arrive so I can ensure they have a fabulous stay too. (There is a $35 pet fee.) Early Check-In/Late Check-Out is usually available upon request. Additional fee may be added in some instances. Other things to note While you are here you may encounter Keeper the dog and Jack the three-legged cat. They will probably try to convince you they are unloved and never fed. Do not fall for their trickery! You may also see the occasional grown child scrounging for food and clean laundry when they manage to escape their college campus. Do not fall for their pathetic appearance. I promise, they too, are well cared for.
