It is equipped with a variety of amenities including a king-sized bed, Wi-Fi, wardrobe, heater, indoor fireplace and an electric blanket. It opens up to an ensuite bathroom equipped with a bathtub, geyser, towels and basic toiletries. BEDROOM 2 This is a well-furnished spacious bedroom on the first floor of the property, overlooking the soothing river. It is equipped with a variety of amenities including a king-sized bed, Wi-Fi, wardrobe, heater, and an electric blanket. It opens up to an ensuite bathroom equipped with a geyser, towels and basic toiletries. BEDROOM 3 This is a well-furnished spacious bedroom on the first floor of the property, overlooking the soothing surroundings. It is equipped with a variety of amenities including a king-sized bed, Wi-Fi, wardrobe, heater, electric kettle and an electric blanket. It opens up to an ensuite bathroom equipped with a geyser, towels and basic toiletries. BATHROOMS There are 3 ensuite bathrooms. All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. 1 of the bathrooms also has a bathtub. LIVING ROOM First Floor The home opens up to an expansive living room on the first floor exuding a rustic charm and unmatchable solitude. It is eloquently furnished with seating arrangements for up to 10 people. It is equipped with Wi-Fi, TV, CCTV camera, heater and a portable music system. DINING AREA First Floor There is a separate dining area on the first floor. It can seat up to 8 people. KITCHEN Guests may use the kitchen to prepare their own meals. It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster, induction plate and a mixer-grinder. Crockery and cutlery are available. LAWN Step outside and you will be engulfed in the endless greenery and surrounding verdure, along with sprawling gardens. It is furnished with outdoor furnishings for up to 20 people. Climb the stairs and you will be greeted by the Jhelum River. There is also a gazebo, a barbecue station and a designated bonfire pit along with seating arrangements. Guest access The guests have access to their rooms and common areas. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. During your stay The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. The home directly opens up to the Jhelum River. We recommend spending the somnolent evenings on the viewing deck and soaking in the blissful scenery. Come evening, you can request a bonfire pit awaits your arrival and relish a hearty barbecue meal.
