The apartment, decorated with quality materials and taste, is fully equipped to allow you to enjoy a stay in complete tranquility. It consists of: a beautiful living/dining room with a sofa bed and an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen (PLEASE NOTE: the oven shown in the photos is for decorative purposes only and does not work; the kitchen is equipped with a microwave with a grill function), a bedroom with built-in closets, a shower room, and a separate toilet. The balcony and its superb panoramic sea view await you to enjoy the French Riviera. Guest access The entire apartment is accessible to you to make the most of your stay here. NFORMATION MENAGE: Cleaning is included for free and includes post-stay cleaning as well as bed and bath linen rental by a professional laundry that we also offer. One bath towel per person is included. We also provide welcome kits for your first moments of travel (not for the entire stay as at the hotel) namely: toilet paper, sopalin, dishwashing liquid, washing machine tablet and dishes (if equipped), garbage bag, floor products, kitchen towel... ATTENTION: We reserve the right to charge you for cleaning services if you do not respect the apartment (garbage cans taken out, dishes made and stored, respect for fabrics, floors and furniture, respect for sanitary facilities...) Here are the steps our service providers take when cleaning: -Aeration of the rooms. -Cleaning and disinfecting all points of contact (doorknobs, chairs, tables etc...). -Beds and bath towels washed at high temperature by a professional laundry After your booking confirmation, you will automatically receive a link to ENSO CONNECT, Airbnb's official authorized partner, to complete your information via a boarding pass allowing you to access sensitive listing information, and to be able to browse a catalogue of additional (and not mandatory) services.
