Beautiful 2-room, 49 m2 waterfront apartment, with stunning views of the sea and the port of Golfe Juan, accommodating 4 people The space This magnificent 2-room apartment of 49 m2 is located in the Grand Palais residence, on the 7th floor with elevator and air conditioning. The apartment, decorated with quality and tasteful materials, is fully equipped to allow you to stay in peace. It is composed of: A beautiful living/dining room with sofa bed and an open and equipped kitchen (ATTENTION, the oven present in the photo is simply decorative, it does not work, the kitchen is equipped with a Microwave Grill), a bedroom with cupboards, a shower room and its independent toilet. The balcony and its superb panoramic sea view await you to enjoy the French Riviera. Guest access The entire apartment is accessible to you to make the most of your stay here. CLEANING INFORMATION: Cleaning is included free of charge and includes post-stay cleaning as well as bed and bath linen rental by a professional laundry that we also offer. One bath towel per person is included. We also provide welcome kits for your first moments of travel (not for the entire stay as in a hotel) namely: toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, washing machine and dishwasher tablets (if equipped), garbage bag, floor products, kitchen towel... PLEASE NOTE: We reserve the right to charge you for cleaning services if you do not respect the apartment (garbage cans emptied, dishes done and put away, respect for fabrics, floors and furniture, respect for sanitary facilities...) Here are the steps our service providers follow when cleaning: - Airing of the rooms. -Cleaning and disinfection of all points of contact (doorknobs, chairs, tables, etc.). - Bed linens and bath linens are washed at high temperatures by a professional laundry service Other things to note Useful supplies available in the studio: - Tassimo coffee machine, kettle, toaster - Microwave Grill - Bed linen for the number of people who have booked (sheets, duvets, pillowcases) - Bath towels for the number of people who have booked (excluding use for the beach...)  - Towel dryer - Hairdryer - Iron - Shower gel/soap - Vacuum cleaner, utensils/cleaning products - Reversible air conditioning
