Huge oak trees cover the property allowing for cooling shade and breezes. The space The Next Door was originally designed as a "mother-in-law suite" and as such is self contained. It has its own heat and AC system, all electric. Approximately 550 square feet, it utilizes pocket doors to conserve space. Original wood floors compliment the living room and bedroom. The compact kitchen includes everything you need. Guest access Allie and I live in the main house at 234 and the apartment connects through an enclosed breezeway. Our laundry facilities are located in that area and at this time are not accessible to guests. Everything in the apartment is available for guests to enjoy.
