Night temps range from 35 to 45 degrees, with daytime temps between 50 to 75 degrees. The space The cottage is on a 3 acre forested piece of property in the residential community of Ponderosa. There is plenty of space for your dog to run and exercise. I have a 60# loving Bernedoodle puppy that loves guests and their pets. You can walk through our rural mountain neighborhood to trails nearby.The kitchen area is minimal, a counter with a kerig coffee maker, small cube counter refrigerator and a small microwave, outside your door is a propane BBQ. A propane fireplace and electric space heater keeps your room pleasant. Internet is provided and satellite TV also. You'll be able to wi-fi call once connected. I encourage you to bring your pet dog or dogs. Guest access You'll be able to park your vehicle next to the cottage. The driveway to the Cottage off Peppermint drive is welcomed by a 6ft carved Sequoia Indian holding the address plate 57737, Drive up the paved driveway and park infant of the cottage as noted by the parking sign. Other things to note Our community is very secluded. there is no cell service, no gas station, no grocery store and no local restaurant. BUT what we do have is a neighbor that has a trained Cordon Bleu chef that is willing to provide some of your meals if requested in advance and restaurants within 5 to 10 miles away. What "we don't have" is traffic, sirens, crime, smog and noise. You will leave refreshed and thankful that you took a chance to visit our quaint Mountain community and area.
