Aclimação Apartment with a view of the park

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Beautiful apartment, renovated and super equipped. It was not made to rent, but to call home, but I will be away for a while. Originally, it had two bedrooms, but during the renovation, we left it with a single bedroom and the living room was much larger. It is morning sun with a view of Parque da Aclimação, which is just a 3-minute walk away. I like to call it the moon apartment, because it is born in the window. Close to Paulista, AC Carmago, Ana Rosa metro station.
