Enjoy this Cozy Lake house with a private dock and swimming area. Relax on the large over sized deck while observing the wildlife on the lake. Right next to the property is a public boat launch where you can launch your boat and have it tied to the cottages private dock for easy access. Also available with property is a peddle boat and kyak for your use. ATV trail access is 1/2 mile up the road. In the wintertime, you can snowmobile right from the property to the main trail system. The space The property is spacious and calming . Beautiful views of the water and wildlife that live on the lake. The house has a bedroom on the first floor with a queen bed and a loft with 2 twin beds. In the living room, there is a large couch that pulls out to a queen bed. There is a full laundry room and a large open kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, electric stove, and refrigerator. On the large deck, you'll find patio furniture and grill for your use as well. Guest access Guest has full use of the House. The shed is not for guest use. The receptical for garbage can be found inside the garage. along with chairs for the firepit Other things to note There is a fire pit on site.
