The space The guest quarters offer a private entrance and living space suitable for short stays. The host occupies the first floor of the home. The house borders the Keystone Mountain Park Trust. A park pass may be purchased (from the park staff) if you desire to enjoy the tranquil park setting. Places to visit: - Ricketts Glen - Worlds End State Parks - Loyalsock Trail and Forest - Historic Eagles Mere Things to do: - Biking - Hiking - Golfing - Fishing - Kayaking/Canoeing NOTES: 1. Pet Policy: This property is NOT pet friendly. If there is evidence of an unauthorized pet in the home, guests will be charged a $400 non-refundable fine. The pet must be removed immediately, this is also grounds for immediate removal of the guests from the home. 2. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a fine of $200.00/per day. 3. Quiet hours for the property are between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time. Guest access The patio in front of the guest area is setup for outdoor seating. The rest of the property is off limits to guests. However, guests are permitted walk along the driveway down to Keystone Mountain Park Trust. Other things to note I do keep honey bees and there are many other bees on the property.
