All that’s left is to make the most of this wonderful opportunity! The space The living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa that converts into a double bed, along with a television. It opens onto a balcony equipped with a dining table for two, perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean climate and dining al fresco. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the modern bathroom features a shower. The apartment is fully air-conditioned, ensuring optimal comfort throughout your stay. Wi-Fi, bed linen, and towels are provided. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment, and all equipment is at your disposal, unless otherwise specified on site. Other things to note Check-ins are guaranteed from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. After 8:00 PM, check-ins are subject to validation, except during conference periods and in the summer. Guests can choose between a physical check-in and a self-check-in and are requested to communicate their preference in advance. In the case of a physical check-in, a person will be present on-site. Please note that physical check-in after 8:00 PM incurs an additional fee of €50, payable in cash upon arrival, except during conference periods and in the summer. For self-check-in, a key box is available. Check-outs are until 11:00 AM at the latest. Please dispose of your trash before leaving and ensure the kitchen area is clean.
