It gives you all the comforts you will need shower and sink directly accessible from the bedroom, queen size bed 160 cm wide, full equipped kitchen, living room with panoramic view, wifi, 43-inch TV with Netflix and Youtube. It is accessible via stairs (20 steps). The space In the bedroom, a queen-size double bed (160 cm), with direct access to the bathroom. From the entire apartment, overlooking the west-facing gardens. A kitchen equipped with a fridge, hob, oven and dishwasher, a coffee machine (senseo) complete the apartment, as well as a living room with panoramic views of the surrounding nature, although you are in the heart of Pamiers (opposite the train station). You will have in the living room a sofa with 43-inch TV with Netflix and Youtube. The apartment is equipped with Wifi. Guest access Access is automatic with a lockbox. Arrive when you want from 5 to 10 pm. After you fill out the form right after you book (read your messages on the Airbnb messaging system) will be sent to you on the latter: - A link to download a pdf guide will be sent to you (in 4 languages available: French, English, Catalan and Spanish) where everything will be explained to you; - A code to open the key box. Other things to note The apartment is located in a building with 4 apartments in total. It is right next to the gardens that are being renovated and not so feasible at the moment. Please note, the entire building is non-smoking. Parties are completely prohibited and from 10 p.m. no untimely noise is tolerated. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a flat-rate charge of €150, excluding any damage.
