In one of them there is an old ash tree that shades the main patio. One of the bedrooms serves as a study. Due to the tranquility it is ideal to do remote work. In short stays up to 3 persons can stay. --The internet is high speed 5G The space This apartment has approximately 60 square meters of surface. It has a living room-dining room, two bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is located on the second level of a small building that has similar characteristics to a single-family house. Access is completely independent and enjoys great privacy. There is a double bed in the master bedroom and a single bed inside the study. Inside the study there are 2 desks. The bathroom and kitchen have the basic equipment to meet all the guests' needs. Guest access Guests enter through a main door that separates the building´s interior from the street. Then they go through a corridor and go up 3 short flights of stairs to reach the second level where the entrance door to the apartment is located. With the exception of the main patio, it is not possible to access other spaces . Inside the building there are other permanently inhabited spaces. The main patio is for common usem and is shared by an old tree. In the ad for my other accommodation there are photos of the patio, which has an outdoor table and armchairs. Other things to note In the apartment there are maps of the neighborhood and various areas of the city.
